Whilst there is no minimum to the number of gift boxes you buy on behalf of your business, there may be minimums to some of the customisations available, such as printing your logo on the box.

This depends on the quantity of gifts ordered, and the complexity of your order. Please contact our team via email on info@exclusively-luxe.com find out more.

Yes, we would be happy to print your logo on your box. This would require a minimum order of 25 boxes. We offer white and black boxes as standard, but, subject to order lead times, can offer alternative colours. Please contact our team via email for further details on info@exclusively-luxe.com

Absolutely, we love doing this and will be happy to source any particular products you may be looking to incorporate into your gifts. A minimum order of 50 gift boxes applies for this service.

We are happy to assist in incorporating your brand colours in our hampers. This includes the contents of the box and the colour of the box itself, subject to availability.

Generally yes, you can include your own products in the gift box. We can also arrange to pack your items in your box if you would prefer not to do it yourself.

Yes, we do. We work with Royal Mail, DHL and UPS and can deliver your order anywhere in the world . Please contact us on info@exclusively-luxe.com so that we can advise you of local sending restrictions.

We can take payments by credit/debit card or BACS transfer. We will send an invoice to you with payment options.

If you are seeking to buy indiviudlal products you are welcome to shop online on our website.

For bespoke orders, larger orders and overseas orders, please contact us on info@exclusively-luxe.com with your requirements and we’ll put together a quote. We’ll then set up your order for you and keep you up to date throughout the process.

This depends on the nature of the product, generally this can range between 3-4 weeks bespoke gifts that are part of our supply network. For curated gifts that are specially made for you, this can be between 4-10 weeks to provide us ample time to come up with ideas, produce samples and ensure that we have sufficient time to execute and deliver the order. We can of course work to shorter lead times on request.

Payment terms are typically a 50% deposit % in advance prior to production of your order, with the balance due before shipping. Depending on the size of the order, complexity of the order and whether you are an existing customer with us, alternative payment terms may be considered on request.

How We Work

Getting To Know You

We’ll organise a discovery call to get to know your company, your gifting audiences, and run through your preferences and budget. We’ll also run through some visual ideas to get feedback on your likes and dislikes.

Creating Your Gift

We will present mood boards to you with gifting options that match your brief, as well as discuss variants for individual recipients and packaging, ribbons and greeting card options.

Create & Dispatch

Once every detail of your gift has been finalised, we will handle all aspects of ordering, gift assembly, packing and shipping while you sit back, relax and don't worry about a thing.
