Gift Messaging

Each of our gift boxes has a tag that bears the name of the recipient and indicates who the gift is from. You also have the option to purchase one of our handmade Diwali cards, with a hand written message by a professional calligrapher. (Please add the Diwali card separately to your basket and type your message in the message box on our basket page.)

This product is currently only available for delivery within the UK. Our delivery charge is £8.95.

Diwali 2026 – Order & Delivery Information

To ensure your gifts arrive in time for the celebrations and your mithai remains beautifully fresh, all Diwali hamper orders will be dispatched by Thursday, 5 November 2026, with delivery planned ahead of Diwali on Sunday, 8 November.

If you require an earlier dispatch date - please let us know and we will be happy to help.

Last Orders for Diwali Delivery

Our final order date for pre-Diwali delivery will be Friday, 6 November 2026, with next-day delivery available for eligible orders, placed by 8pm

Orders After the Diwali Cut-Off

We'll continue dispatching orders on Saturday, 7 November and Monday, 9 November. Please note that these orders may arrive after Diwali, depending on the delivery service and destination.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (including prepaid cards) from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. PayPal is also accepted.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Currently our website is setup for single order transactions. If you would like to send gifts to multiple recipients, please contact us at info@exclusively-luxe.com and we will process your order offline.

Can you include a card with my gift hamper?

Absolutely, a handwritten gift card is included as standard with all our gift boxes. You can enter your message for the recipient on the Shopping Basket page.

As my hamper is a gift will it include an invoice or any prices?

No, it won’t. It will include a packing slip, which lists the recipient’s address and the contents of the shipment, but will not include any invoices or pricing details.

Do I need to open an account to place an order online?

No, you can use the guest checkout to complete your order. Having an account not only speeds up the order process, but you will also be able to see your order history; save your personal and payment details as well as edit your favourite items.

What are your delivery charges?

Hampers and gifts: £8.95
Prosecco and wine: £7.95
Small items (sweets, snacks, candles and accessories): £4.99 for orders up to £15, £5.99 up to £40 and £6.99 over £40

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Please note that occasionally our courier may experience delays which are beyond our control but we will always endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Any orders placed on Friday, will be delivered the following Monday.

What are your refund terms?

a) All returns must be shipped directly to Exclusively Luxe Ltd
b) You are responsible for the return shipping cost(s) as well as resending the parcel, and it is non-refundable;
c) Depending on your location, the time it may take for the product to get to us may differ;
d) While shipping the item, ensure that the package is wrapped securely. And for your protection, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping company.
e) Exclusively Luxe Ltd cannot assure you that we will receive the returned items, and cannot accept any liability for goods loss in transit.
